I already wrote to customer support about this, but the reply didn't address my question. Then I received a survey asking about my experience with CS, described the problem in the survey, but received no answer. I recently received an email asking me to confirm my domain contact info, with a warning that incorrect info would be penalized. The email had my state of residence as Oregon, where I lived two years ago. It should say Hawaii now. So I went to the domain contact info page, which had no state entered for me - just the default Alabama. I changed it, but it doesn't save my current state. I'd like to have this resolved by Wix before I'm somehow punished for their mistake.
