How to add or link your phone number inside repeater which we get form user in data manger

Hey there haris gondal , i ma createing a rent a car website and added repeater to show available rent a car 🚘 people and i have added a button for call 📞 whcih links to a phone number of each person bứt inside repeater am not able to coonect it to the data which i get from user in data manger can any one help me out ?

phone number in form got to be connected to the specific text field in Content Manager if you would like to display this data on the live site, you will need to connect repeater to dataset this infomration was submited to, so information will be displayed on the live site along with this make sure, that there are enough items in repeater, so each field will be displayed
