Problem with mobile search results page

I'm adding Search functionality to a site, and it looks fine in desktop and tablet, but it doesn't fit properly in the mobile view. Is there a way to adjust that layout? I'm not finding it.

This sceenshot is from preview, but the display is the same in 'live' view.

Reinstalling fixed the display issue, but now I have a new problem:

Searches all return 0 results. I've deleted the app and installed it again, but the problem persists.

Try to reinstall Search App. It should resolve the issue. It will look like this:
