Is it somehow possible to enter a date for an event (at Wix Events) where then automatically from this time can no longer be booked or is it only possible manual here:

I believe you can't do that yet, but this is a feature request - you can vote here https://support.wix.com/en/article/request-setting-a-start-end-date-for-ticket-sales-in-wix-events
