My site is a private site for public school students. Before going live, and am testing all of the pages for possible FERPA violations. I need to understand everything going on with the site. I need to know what Thunderbolt is and why I need it. Thanks!

Are you referring to files like: `_partials/wix-thunderbolt/dist/clientWorker.<hasg>.bundle.min.js`?
While I can't speak for FERPA requirements, Thunderbolt is part of the site loading structure so it does not collect any information from users.
While not FERPA, we do have an article on preparing the site for GDPR (the General Data Protection Regulation) which might help get the site to a standard for data and privacy regulations.
I ask because I need to understand exactly what is running on the site so I may disclose all logging to ensure meeting FERPA requirements.
Hey @Payton Byrd,
Wix Thunderbolt is part of the Wix site infrastructure and is related to the performance/loading of the site. No part is needed on your end and please let us know if you need to do anything regarding the site.
