I would advise against working with Digital Silk. Their priority is making sales rather than delivering high-quality work, and they tend to make false promises. Despite advertising custom-coded websites, they often reuse modules they've created for previous clients, including their DSMP Library, making all websites look the same and they make their proposals and budget to include only these modules. If you add any change to the design, they will charge extra. Additionally, they charge clients hourly and add unnecessary charges,. They charge by the team member hour, which includes internal preparation, reviews, and processes, and this can quickly add up.
